I been in such a head over heels love affair with The XX ever since the first time I heard Basic Space and I’m always game for stellar covers of their jams. Until I get some new tunes from them I crave these covers. The Antlers, OMD, Gorillaz all have covered The XX brilliantly and Holly Miranda is no exception. Her version of “Crystalized” is a lot like the original but it’s still damn good. I prefer Romy Madley Croft but this is still gonna make fans of The XX super pleased. It’s delightful as fuck!
